Our flat design fee covers everything from start to finish, providing transparency and predictability in costs.
Build/Renovation
For either full or partial residential new build or renovations. We’ll take you through the entire process, from space planning to selecting finishes.
We’ll coordinate with all involved vendors, architects and contractors to make sure the renovation process runs smoothly and efficiently. We handle all aspects of your interior design project from concept to completion.
Full or Partial Furnishings
When our clients need a full house of furnishings or only need a few pieces of furnishings for one or more rooms, we will source furniture, rugs, window treatments and decor based on your unique needs and vision that creates a cohesive design throughout the home.
After presenting options and choosing your pieces, we’ll order and coordinate shipping and receiving, as well as delivery and final installation.

Consulting
My team and I start each project with a two-hour interior design consultation at the project site to learn more about you and to fully understand the scope of the project. The consultation is where initial ideas are generated, and we clarify the scope of work.
Our initial consultations can serve as a one time consult or as an introductory consult to our full-service design projects.
Two hour minimum.

Initial Conversation
It all starts with a conversation. The first step is to schedule a call. During this 30 minute call, we will discuss the overall scope of your project and determine whether we are the right fit for your needs. I will then send you the Design Questionnaire and schedule a Design Consultation.

Consultation
The onsite consultation allows our team to get to know you and your project better. During this two hour meeting, we will be taking measurements and photos and interview you. We will also provide input and suggestions if you are unsure what you’d like. This is your time to ask questions and share any ideas you have for your space.

Concepts & Final Design Plan
My team and I will prepare a comprehensive design plan, including mood boards, drawings, 3-D renderings, product selections, samples, a budget, and everything necessary to complete your project. We will communicate regularly with you as we develop the design, and we will schedule an in-person Final Design Presentation to go over all the details.

Implementation
After you and our team have finalized the design plan, we’ll begin ordering the necessary products. We’ll also address scheduling any tradespeople that are required. As products, furniture, and fixtures begin to arrive, we’ll arrange for and inspect each delivery. We’ll then coordinate installation with our team.

Style & Reveal
As we approach the end of the project, we will prepare for and schedule our installation date, the highly anticipated Final Reveal. We will bring the items to your home, set up and style the space(s), and resolve any problems that might arise.

Photography
We will reveal your completed project and tour the space with you to address any changes or nuances. Shortly after, we’ll arrange for our professional photographer to capture the project for our portfolio.
